At our organization, Insight Publications, we operate as a self-supporting entity and do not receive funding from any external institution or government. This means that the processing fees we receive from authors are the sole source of financing for our journal’s operations, which includes covering employee salaries, internet services, electricity, and other operational expenses. As a publisher that promotes open access, we do not receive payment for subscriptions, as our journals are readily accessible online.
We understand that it takes a considerable amount of time and resources to produce a well-crafted article that is peer-reviewed, edited, and properly formatted for online publication. Therefore, we ask authors, institutions, or funding agencies to pay a modest processing fee to help cover the essential final step of publication.
Our goal at Insight Publications is to support the Open Access initiative and provide unrestricted access to high-quality research articles, which we believe will encourage and spur research worldwide, especially in developing nations. As such, we do not seek grants for our operations as such funding may not be consistent, causing us to discontinue our operations. Instead, we have adopted the self-sustaining model of collecting processing fees for published articles..
Insight Publications is committed to promoting the Open Access initiative by publishing its journals freely to the global community without any restrictions. We believe that this approach will encourage research across the world, particularly in developing countries, where access to high-quality research articles is often limited.
To ensure the sustainability of our operations, we have chosen a self-sustaining model that does not rely on external grants, which are sometimes unreliable and can lead to the discontinuation of operations. Instead, we have decided to collect processing fees for the articles we publish, thereby enabling us to continue supporting the Open Access model and maintaining the quality of our journals.
