Article Posting Policy
Insight Publications does not consider posting a manuscript on a pre-print server or conference presentations to be duplicate publication. Authors can post their manuscript to online repositories, personal and institutional websites prior to acceptance. Before acceptance of the manuscript, authors cannot associate the article to any Insight Publications’ journals.
We allow the final version of all published articles to be placed in any digital archive, personal and institutional websites immediately on publication. Authors are advised to acknowledge the journal on the website where they have posted it, add the citation information and link it to the online abstract.
Advertising Policy
Insight Publications publishes high quality peer-reviewed scholarly journals. These journals are indexed with important bibliographic databases including Scopus, EMBASE, CAS, Agricultural Digest, ASCI-Database, CSA and Medical Digest.
All the contents published in various journals of Insight Publications are linked by DOIs through CrossRef. The DOI, or digital object identifier, serves as a persistent, actionable identifier for intellectual property online. CrossRef is the official DOI registration agency for scholarly and professional publications, including journals, books, and other content types.
- All advertisements are subject to approval of Insight Publications and can be rejected or canceled at any time by the publisher.
- The advertiser agrees to hold harmless Insight Publications against expenses and losses resulting from the publication of the advertisement.
- All advertisements must clearly and prominently identify the advertiser by trademark or signature.
- Any references to Insight Publications advertisements, promotional material or merchandising by the advertiser is subject to Insight Publications’ approval.
- Insight Publications cannot guarantee fixed advertisement positioning.
- All advertisements published by Insight Publications will be displayed at random unless otherwise instructed by the advertiser, in which case additional charges may be applied.
- Insight Publications is not responsible for damage for errors in displaying an ad.
- Insight Publications will not be bound by any condition when such conditions conflict with the conditions set forth.
- In the event of non-payment, Insight Publications reserves the right to hold advertiser liable for such dues as payable.

Archiving Policy
Digital Preservation is an essential part in ensuring the longevity and unlimited access of important research. We strongly believe and work towards removing unnecessary barriers to access research and aim to secure and archive all manuscripts for continued long-term access.
In order to fulfill our quest, we have partnered with Portico to ensure that all manuscripts published in Insight Publications journals are digitally preserved and archived for permanent online access.
Portico is one of the largest community-supported digital archives in the world. They are a dark archive storing e-journals, e-books, and other forms of electronic scholarly content. Dark archives work as a failsafe solution to ensure that all indexed content is permanently available.

All articles published in Insight Publications journals are entirely open access. This provides immediate and unlimited access to all published manuscripts. Readers can view, download, print, and redistribute any article without any financial barrier, enabling greater distribution of an article.
